Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Overview: We are seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of custom solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE /Dataverse. The ideal candidate should have experience with consulting services, design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions.

Key Development Skills for the successful candidates:

Dynamics 365 CE customization
Plugins development
PCF Control
D365 ALM - CI/CD Pipelines, Deployment
Azure Functions/Logic Apps

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of Dynamics 365 solutions
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
Ensure successful deployment and post-deployment support for development projects.
Provide consultation services to clients on Dynamics 365 best practices and design approaches.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Dynamics 365 development projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality Power Platform solutions.

Skills Required:

At least 5 years of experience in developing Dynamics 365 solutions.
Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages.
Experience with developing custom connectors, plugins, and custom controls.
Strong understanding of data modeling and data integrations using Dataverse.
Experience with Azure and integrations.
Experience in customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business language.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Compensation and Benefits: The compensation package for this role will be competitive and will be based on the experience and skills of the candidate.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Power Platform certifications such as Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer, or Power Platform Solution Architect would be an advantage.
Experience with Front end web development and JavaScript/jQuery/ React/Angular would be an advantage.
