Overview: We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our innovative team. This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM, and ensuring successful implementation across various business units. Candidates with additional experience in Power Pages will find this role especially rewarding.

Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into system configurations within Dynamics 365 CRM
- Lead CRM implementation projects from planning to deployment
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure CRM solutions meet business needs and objectives
- Maintain and upgrade CRM systems as necessary
Skills Required:
- Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 CRM systems
- Knowledge of Power Pages and other Microsoft Power Platform tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
