Overview: We are seeking a talented Microsoft Power Platform Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of custom solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have experience with consulting services, designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Power Platform solutions
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for Power Platform development projects.
• Ensure successful deployment and post-deployment support for Power Platform development projects.
• Provide consultation services to clients on Power Platform best practices and design approaches.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Power Platform development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality Power Platform solutions.

Skills Required:

• At least 5 years of experience in developing Power Platform solutions for large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages.
• Experience with developing custom connectors, plugins, and custom controls.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data integrations using Dataverse.
• Experience with Azure and integrations is bonus
• Experience in customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business language.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Power Platform certifications such as Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer, or Power Platform Solution Architect would be an advantage.
• Experience with Front end web development and JavaScript/jQuery/ React/Angular would be an advantage.
